Richmond City 2020: Year in review

2020 will prove to be memorable nationwide for many reasons. Concerning real estate, we have seen a strong run in median home prices, with a simultaneous fall in days on market.
The years increase in median home values has been very rapid, with a 35.34% increase in 2020. The summer showed a slight slow down in appreciation and stabilization in DOM, and we see this again in late 2020. However, the year trend remains very strong.
