Hanover 2020 - Year in Review

2020 will prove to be memorable nationwide for many reasons. Concerning real estate, we have seen a strong run in median home prices, with a simultaneous fall in days on market. A slow down in real estate transactions in the first quarter of 2020 was quickly replaced by strong sales volume.

Hanover County came in second behind Richmond in median home price appreciation with a 20.44% increase in median home prices over the year.
