Customary and Reasonable Fees

In the past week, I have received daily "offers" to perform appraisals for $60... When another AMC wanted me to join their panel, they insisted that $325 was a reasonable fee. Today, I would like to remind appraisers across the state of the empirically verifiable data of what is, and isn't a customary fee.
